By accessing or using the Innovaflor Atelier website, courses, workshops, or any services offered on innovacionflor.bond, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our site or services.
2. Account Registration
To access certain features such as purchasing courses or joining workshops, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate and current information and to keep your password confidential. You are responsible for all activity occurring under your account.
3. Purchases and Payments
All purchases of digital courses, physical kits, or workshop access are final once confirmed. Prices are shown in USD and are subject to change. Full payment is required at checkout. Refunds are only available within 14 days for digital goods if the course has not been accessed.
4. Access and Use
Upon purchase, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access course materials. Materials may not be shared, downloaded, or redistributed without written permission from Innovaflor Atelier.
5. User Conduct
You agree to use the services only for lawful purposes. Harassment of other participants, posting inappropriate content in community spaces, or attempting to reverse-engineer our materials is strictly prohibited.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on this site, including course videos, floral design templates, and branding, remains the exclusive property of Innovaflor Atelier. You may not use our trademarks without prior written consent.
7. Limitations of Liability
Innovaflor Atelier shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the services. Our total liability shall never exceed the amount paid by you in the last twelve months.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your access to purchased courses will be revoked immediately.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. The most current version will always be available on this page.
